If you are traveling far away by plane on Korean Air, it helps you find out a few health tips to make your flight more comfortable. The temperature inside the Corian Air flight is maintained at 22 to 24, which is a very pleasant temperature. It is still best to wear comfortable clothing that is not too thick, but you always have a lightweight sweater or jacket in the carry bag for cools. The humidity inside the Korean flight is maintained at 15 percent. A comfortable humidity level for the average person is 50 to 60 percent. The 15 percent level on Korean Air flights is already considered to be dry. In dry humidity the moisture of the body is prone to evaporation. The skin, as well as the membranes on your eyes and nose, also begin to dry out during the flight and can be quite embarrassing when it happens. The best thing about Korean flights is to hydrate drinking lots of water, fruit juices or any liquid drinks. Avoid drinking coffee and tea because these drinks can only cause further dehydration. Contact lenses need to be removed during Korean flights to avoid eye dryness that could cause eye inflammation.

Air pressure within the Korean flight is set at an altitude of 5,000-8,000 feet. There is a tendency for deafening ears to appear. This is caused by the change in air pressure in the Korean air during landing or take-off. To avoid ejaculation, chew a tire or simply move the fork up and down as if you are chewing gum. You can also try to close your mouth and then pinch the nose until the air changes a bit slowly.
